We are looking for compassionate LVN's and RN's to join our team as we open the newest member of the Gemini Family, Merkel Nursing and Rehabilitation. Full and Part-time, Day and Night positions available.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within various healthcare settings across the United States. This position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring patients' comfort, safety, and well-being. Minimum
Qualifications
Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse license in the state of practice within the United States. Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and medical terminology. Ability to pass background checks and meet health screening requirements.

Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting. Additional certifications such as IV therapy or wound care. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medications, and assisting with daily living activities. Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to implement and evaluate patient care plans. Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records to ensure continuity of care. Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to the healthcare team promptly. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care instructions.
