Hiring organization

The work sits in home care, which means your patients are in their homes across the community rather than on a hospital unit. Public detail on pay bands, scheduling, ratios, residency, and benefits is thin right now—we do not have…

On your path

Pediatrics is open from year one. Children's hospitals run their own new grad residencies.

Worth asking

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
  • What should I expect for shifts, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
