- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities

- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, identifying and addressing potential health risks
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care, medications, and treatments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, implementing changes to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with our dietary team to develop and implement nutritional plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as our facility's policies and procedures
Requirements
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as well as perform tasks that require reaching, bending, and standing for long periods
