Silver Birch of Fort Wayne North is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team . In this role, you’ll provide kind, hands-on care and daily support to residents, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for . What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals
  • Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect
  • Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team
  • Document care and services in the electronic system
  • Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members

What We’re Looking For

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A current CNA license in good standing
  • Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude
  • Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful
