Hospice RN - Full Time - Tucson **URGENT NEED for HOSPICE EXPERIENCE**

What You’ll Do • Provide comprehensive nursing care and coordination for a dedicated group of patients in the Tucson area. You will visit patients at their home or the facility in which they live. • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team (Doctor, Social Workers, Chaplains, Aides) to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of your patients. • Educate and support family members as they navigate the end-of-life process. What You Bring • A current Arizona RN license. • A heart for end-of-life care and a "people-first" mentality. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a mobile, community-based setting. • Experience in some type of care-at-home service line, or a hunger to learn and excel in this area. • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus • HCHB EMR a plus.
