Eden Oak, a newly renovated assisted living community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support evening operations and clinical care. This role is ideal for an LPN with experience in assisted living, senior care, or long-term care who is comfortable managing clinical needs while working as part of a collaborative leadership team.

The Evening LPN works alongside a hands-on Assisted Living Manager who oversees staff supervision and daily operations. This role focuses on clinical triage, medication management, and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
