Registered Nurse (RN) - Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, lead shift routines, and supervise staff in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

Planning, directing, and evaluating nursing activities and personnel. Monitoring residents’ physical and psychosocial status through regular rounds. Administering medications, treatments, and documenting all care accurately. Reporting resident changes, maintaining compliance with policies, and ensuring residents’ dignity and respect. Contributing to care plans, performing assessments, and updating documentation. Participating in team meetings, staff evaluations, and interdisciplinary committees.

Qualifications And Skills

Current RN licensure and CPR certification. Experience in long-term care preferred. Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Competence in utilizing computers for documentation and communication. Ability to prioritize duties and work effectively as part of a team.
