At KidneySPA, we're redefining dialysis care through comfort, quality, and hospitality. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Hemodialysis RN to join our team and help us provide exceptional care to every patient, every time. We are currently hiring for PRN and Full Time roles.
What You'll Do
Deliver safe, high-quality dialysis treatments while ensuring a positive patient experience. Conduct and document patient assessments, care plans, and ongoing evaluations. Monitor treatment adequacy, vascular access, and infection control standards. Administer medications per physician orders and respond to patient needs during treatment. Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care. Serve as a clinical resource and role model for dialysis technicians and new staff.
