Available Shifts: Full Time and Part Time Days (12hr shifts, every 3rd weekend rotation, holiday rotation) We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care/Step-Down Unit.

Position Summary
The Progressive Care/Step-Down RN delivers comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care for adult patients with intermediate-acuity needs. Monitor, interpret, and respond appropriately to cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, respiratory status, neurologic changes, laboratory results, and other clinical indicators. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Support a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, service excellence, and respectful communication.
