About this role
Triumph Private Home Care is seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 5-year-old pediatric client in Adel, GA requiring skilled private duty nursing care.
This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for consistent weekly hours with one-on-one pediatric care. Central line and TPN experience is required.

Patient Care Needs
- TPN administration, monitoring, and changes
- Central line care and monitoring
- Central line dressing changes using sterile technique
- Monitor for signs of infection and other central line complications
- G-tube feedings and flushes
- Medication administration as ordered
- Ongoing nursing assessment and monitoring
- Assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Accurate nursing documentation
- Follow established plan of care and physician orders
Qualifications
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Central line/TPN experience required
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Dependable and comfortable providing one-on-one care in the home
- Flexible scheduling availability preferred
