Find your purpose as a Heart Failure Registered Nurse at the St. Cloud Hospital!

Join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to CentraCare’s mission of enhancing every life we touch with care and compassion. In this specialized role, you’ll make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients living with heart failure by providing education, support, and ongoing disease management across the continuum of care. Your responsibilities will include bedside care in the hospital setting, managing new and follow-up visits in the outpatient clinic, and conducting occasional remote work from home.

This position requires a strong commitment to the heart failure population, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and dedication to patient outcomes.

Schedule

Full-time| 60 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital Day | 7am-4:30pm| Monday-Friday

Pay based on experience and degree
Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
Pay range: $42.86- $71.51 per hour
