This position requires a strong commitment to the heart failure population, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and dedication to patient outcomes.

Requirements
- RN
- Current Minnesota RN License
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
- Current Minnesota RN License required
- BSN or MSN preferred
- BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
- National Certification in Advanced Heart failure within 24 months preferred
- 1 year of recent cardiology work (i.e., critical care nursing, heart catheterization, emergency room) preferred
- 2 years of experience working in a cardiovascular disease program preferred
