*Your Responsibilities*

  • Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
  • Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Educate patients and caregivers on the plan of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the BrightStar Care clinical team

*Qualifications*

*Required*

  • Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

*Preferred*

  • Home care experience
  • Skilled nursing experience
  • Experience with pediatric, adult, or geriatric patients
