Daybreak Recovery Spa + PeakMD is looking for an experienced aesthetic injector to help launch and grow a new aesthetics program in Sisters, Oregon.
I’m a board-certified physician and owner of PeakMD and Daybreak Recovery Spa, and I will serve as medical director. I’m looking for the right injector to bring the procedural expertise and help build the aesthetics side of our practice.
This is not simply a shift-based injector position. It’s an opportunity for someone who wants to have a meaningful role in creating and growing a physician-led aesthetics program—without having to open a med spa from scratch.
What is already here: an established physician-owned practice and recovery spa, beautiful furnished treatment space, front-office support, scheduling and practice infrastructure, an existing health and wellness community, and physician medical direction.
What I’m looking for: an RN, NP or PA with established aesthetic injection experience; demonstrated competency with neuromodulators; excellent aesthetic judgment and a natural-results philosophy; strong patient communication and safety standards; and someone who is excited about building a patient base and growing a program.
Experience with dermal fillers and additional aesthetic procedures is a plus. An existing Central Oregon following is also a plus, but not required.
The opportunity
Start approximately 1–2 days per week, with the ability to expand as the aesthetics practice grows.
You’ll have substantial input into the development of the program, including services offered, patient experience, workflow and future growth.
No need to find your own medical director or open your own location. The clinical space, physician medical direction and existing practice infrastructure are already here.
Compensation
We’re open to structuring this around the right person and experience level, including production-based compensation and/or another mutually beneficial arrangement with meaningful upside as the program grows.

If you’re an experienced injector who’s thought about building something of your own—but don’t necessarily want the expense and complexity of opening an entire practice—I’d love to talk with you.
Please apply with a résumé and a short note describing your aesthetics experience and what you’re looking for in your next opportunity.
