Job Type: Flex Position | 0.6 - 0.9 FTE or 48 - 72 hours/pp
Schedule
12-hour (7-7) Night/Day shifts (Nights Primary), Christmas Even Years plus Every 3rd Weekend and Every 3rd Holiday

How You'll Contribute
An OB RN who excels in this role
Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. Documents patient care given. Monitors, records, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Performs other job duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
Applicants should have a current Michigan RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's preferred).
Additional Requirements Include
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
- One-year medical surgical experience required
- OB experience or OB qualifications (preferred)
- NRP, AWHONN, EFM, STABLE and PEOP (within 6 months)
- Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
