As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. Your role will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of patients with various medical conditions, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Schedule:
PRN, Weekdays (M-F), 8:30AM - 4:30PM. Primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families, collaborating with healthcare professionals, providing wound care, catheter care, and other specialized nursing procedures, performing health screenings and diagnostic tests, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining patient records, and offering emotional support.

Requirements
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in both KS and MO
- Some nursing experience in home health preferred but not required
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices in long-term care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of regulatory requirements governing nursing practices and home health agencies
- Ability to build rapport with patients through a compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to lift and transfer patients up to 50lbs
