Position Details
LPN will be working in a LTSR facility with individuals with mental illness
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
Administering medication, monitor vital signs, assess physical illness and educate residents on healthy living and medication use.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following
qualifications
- Candidate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
- Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of Pa
- 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- 1 year of mental health nursing preferred
- 1 year in a medical facility preferred
