About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our weekend shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents while working in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing residents' physical, emotional, and psychological needs and developing individualized care plans

Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team

Educating residents and their families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
