IV Hydration Spa Nurse (RN) – Volvo Location

Join a team that values clinical skill, accountability, reliability, and great energy.

We are seeking an experienced RN, ideally with ER/ED or similar recent IV experience, who is confident with IV starts, dependable, hardworking, professional, and enjoys providing an exceptional client experience.

This is not an entry-level IV position. Current, hands-on IV experience is a priority.

What We're Looking For

Active RN license
Strong, recent IV-start experience
ER/ED, ICU, infusion, urgent care, or similar experience preferred
Excellent IV skills, including difficult sticks
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Professional, friendly, and client-focused
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Able to work 1–2 consistent shifts per week
Every-other-weekend availability required
Able to quickly learn our protocols and workflows
Comfortable with sales

What You'll Do

Perform IV insertions safely and confidently
Administer IV hydration and wellness therapies according to protocols
Monitor clients and provide excellent care
Educate clients about services
Complete accurate charting
Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Work closely with the front desk team
Provide a professional, welcoming client experience

Must be able to dedicate consecutive 2-3 days of training at the Newport News Location.

30-Day Trial Period & Long-Term Interest

This position begins with a 30-day trial period to evaluate IV skills, reliability, work ethic, professionalism, and overall fit.

We strongly prefer someone looking for a stable, ongoing position and who would ideally stay for at least 6 months. The 6-month timeframe is not a requirement or non-negotiable; we simply want someone who is not planning to leave in the near future and is genuinely interested in becoming part of our team.

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
