This specialized team cares for patients undergoing complex cardiovascular, vascular, and thoracic procedures, providing an exciting opportunity to build advanced perioperative skills in a high-acuity environment. Our nurses work alongside experienced cardiovascular and vascular surgeons, caring for patients undergoing open heart surgery, vascular procedures, catheter-based valve procedures, thoracic surgeries, and more. Previous OR experience is required , and nurses in this role will scrub and circulate a variety of cardiovascular cases while working as part of a highly collaborative surgical team. This position offers a schedule of four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday , with on-call and holiday call responsibilities. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Qualifications • ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required. • Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred. • Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). This position has a hiring range of : USD $36.50 - USD $60.34 /Hr.
