Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation
- Monitoring clinical performance and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
