About this role

Full-time Clinic RN position at UP Health System - Portage, part of Lifepoint Health. Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and medical care. Documents patient care, monitors and communicates patient condition, collaborates across disciplines, provides patient/family education, and performs prior authorizations.

Requires current Michigan RN license (or attainment within 90 days of hire), associate degree from accredited nursing school (bachelor's preferred), Basic Life Support certification, and annual influenza vaccination or declination. Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts. $5,000 sign-on bonus based on eligibility criteria.
