About this role

Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating interdisciplinary interactions, and contributing to assessments, planning, and evaluations within a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Assess patient needs and contribute data for care planning and evaluation. Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Reinforce education, discharge planning, and promote safety and patient satisfaction. Collaborate with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. Participate in unit-based decision-making and mentor new staff and students.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required). Ability to provide comprehensive patient-centered care aligned with unit standards. Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and evidence-based practice.
