Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Home Healthcare LVN to work with a pediatrtic patient in their home in Merced, CA. Maxim provides on-the-job training for all nursing skills required, but one year or more of LVN nursing experience in any setting is required. Patient requires G-Tube, Tracheostomy, and home Ventilator care.
Schedule
Alternating Weekends / 8:00AM to 8:00PM (24 Hours/Week)
Pay: $40.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
