LindenGrove Waukesha, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Registered Nurse RN. We offer assisted living, memory support, advanced assisted living, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our beautiful campus is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and adjacent to Waukesha North High School. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.

Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
