RN Hospice Administrator

James River Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Administrator to guide clinical services and oversee day-to-day operations of our growing team in the Roanoke area. The Hospice Administrator will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, implementing policies and procedures, and driving operational excellence across the agency. Key responsibilities include leadership and operations management, staff development and oversight, compliance and quality assurance, patient-centered hospice care, financial management, and communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external healthcare partners.
