Your role on our team

You’ll work alongside nursing staff to support residents’ daily needs, protect their dignity, and help them feel comfortable and cared for.

Your responsibilities include

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals.

• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning according to resident care plans.

• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff.

• Document care accurately according to facility procedures.

• Follow infection-control and safety practices.

• Treat residents and their families with patience, respect, and compassion.

• Collaborate with teammates to provide consistent, attentive care.

What you bring

• Current CNA certification valid for practice in West Virginia.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• CPR certification.

• A dependable, compassionate approach and commitment to teamwork.

• Respect for residents’ dignity, privacy, and individual needs.

Geriatric care experience is preferred.

Your schedule and pay

• Full-time day shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.

• Pay: $17.75–$21.19 per hour.
