Your role on our team You’ll work alongside nursing staff to support residents’ daily needs, protect their dignity, and help them feel comfortable and cared for. Your responsibilities include: · Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals. · Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning according to resident care plans. · Observe residents and promptly communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff. · Document care accurately according to facility procedures. · Follow infection-control and safety practices. · Treat residents and their families with patience, respect, and compassion. · Collaborate with teammates to provide consistent, attentive care. What you bring · Current CNA certification valid for practice in West Virginia. · High school diploma or equivalent. · CPR certification. · A dependable, compassionate approach and commitment to teamwork. · Respect for residents’ dignity, privacy, and individual needs. Geriatric care experience is preferred. Your schedule and pay · Full-time day shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. · Pay: $17.75–$21.19 per hour.
