- High School diploma or equivalent
- CNA or other medical paraprofessional certification required
- CNA licensure in Maryland required
- Training, experience or certification as a nurse's aide, medical technician or mental health worker preferred
- One year of experience in acute care, long-term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
