RNSign-on bonus

Posted Aug 17, 2026 · Last seen active Aug 31, 2026

What this means for you

The posted pay pencils out to roughly $81k–$99k a year, and there's a sign-on bonus on top. It's an evening shift — the day's work winding down, and the building quieting around you. Eight-hour shifts keep the days human-sized — rarer than it should be, and worth noticing.

That town and state are the concrete details on the table right now. Pay bands, unit texture, scheduling, residency, and growth paths are not in what we have on hand yet. If you move forward, plan to ask who you…

Worth asking

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through the base pay range, differentials, and sign-on bonus repayment terms?
  • What should I expect for weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
