Responsibilities Of The Registered Nurse (RN) Maintain complete healthcare records and reports. Perform routine procedures as needed, including administering medication and injections, and provide emergency medical care when necessary. Observe and monitor residents’ health and assess their needs to provide quality care. Facilitate the completion of baseline and periodic assessments of individualized care needs to ensure the most appropriate care needs are met for each patient and resident. Other special projects and duties, as assigned. Requirements Of The Registered Nurse (RN) Registered Nurse with current state license. Must have a current/active CPR certification. Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job. Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day. Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
