About this role

*Overview*

Prosource360 is We are seeking a *Training Coordinator* to support the USAFSAM Education & Training enterprise at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This is a *clinically licensed medical training position* responsible for coordinating, designing, and delivering advanced medical training in both in-person and online environments.

The ideal candidate combines a strong clinical background in emergency and trauma patient management with demonstrated experience developing and delivering professional training. This position is well suited for an experienced *Registered Nurse (RN)* or qualified *Paramedic* who is passionate about medical education and training.

  • Coordinate advanced medical training programs within the USAFSAM Education & Training enterprise.
  • Design, develop, and deliver medical education and training programs for healthcare and medical personnel.
  • Deliver training in both *classroom and online/virtual environments*.
  • Support course development, instructional materials, presentations, exercises, and other training resources.
  • Coordinate course schedules, instructors, students, facilities, equipment, and other training requirements.
  • Apply current clinical knowledge and experience in emergency and trauma patient management to instructional programs.
  • Develop and refine course curricula for advanced medical training programs, ensuring alignment with military standards and operational needs.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions, workshops, and certification courses across diverse locations.
  • Support evaluation of training effectiveness and make improvements to course content and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with instructors, subject-matter experts, government personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technology-enabled training platforms.
  • Perform additional training coordination and instructional duties as required by the program.

Minimum Qualifications — Required

*All requirements below must be met to be considered for the position.*

  • Current, unrestricted *Registered Nurse (RN) license*. A *nationally registered Paramedic* may be considered as an alternative credential path.
  • Current *Basic Life Support (BLS)* and *Advanced Life Support (ALS)* certifications.
  • *Bachelor's degree in Nursing* plus at least *three (3) years of professional experience*.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience in *emergency and trauma patient management*.
  • Demonstrated experience *designing and delivering training*, including both in-person and online instruction.
  • *U. S. citizenship required.* Permanent resident status (Green Card) does not meet the citizenship requirement for this position.
  • Ability to successfully obtain and pass a *Tier 1 (T1) background investigation / SF-85 Position of Trust* prior to reporting for duty.
  • Ability to work *on-site at 2510 Fifth St., WPAFB, OH*.
  • Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable and may distinguish candidates during the selection process:

  • Experience designing or delivering *Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)* or similar medical training.
  • Experience with *Learning Management Systems (LMS)* such as Blackboard, Genius, or comparable platforms.
  • Familiarity with *Department of Defense (DoD) training policies and procedures*.
  • Prior *military medical training or instructor cadre experience*.
  • Existing or recent *DoD Tier 1 investigation and/or Common Access Card (CAC)*.
  • Experience working in military, federal, or other highly regulated medical training environments.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
