Position with Defense Health Agency at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, NC. Direct Hire Solicitation. Provides independent clinical nursing care for patients from neonates/pediatric through geriatric.

Develops, teaches, and provides patients and family support. Provides delegation, oversight, and direction to lower-level personnel. Provides comprehensive age-appropriate nursing care to medical and post-surgical patients.

Provides advanced specialized nursing care to adult critically ill and injured patients. Performs triage and nursing care for patients in critical condition. Provides comprehensive nursing support in Perioperative Center.

Performs independent telephone and clinical triaging.

Requirements

  • RN License
  • Graduate or higher-level degree, bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from accredited professional nursing educational program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross
  • Background check
  • 18 years or older
  • Pass drug screening
  • Hepatitis B immunization
  • Seasonal influenza vaccination
