Requirements
- Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master's degree program in Nursing (BSN preferred, expected within 2 years of hire)
- Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
- BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
- 1+ year of current ICU or step-down RN experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
