Premise's mission is to help people get, stay, and be well. As a Part Time Registered Nurse, Occupational Health, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Burnsville, MN. This position is scheduled Tuesday through Thursday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations and manages required physical evaluations (OSHA, DOT, CDC, etc.). Evaluates, treats, and prioritizes patient care within the scope of practice. Delivers evidence-based care to injured workers, accelerates return to work, and coordinates case management with the TPA and client.

Implements and monitors transitional duty programs for injured workers. Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision). Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice.

Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures. Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care.

Collaborates with healthcare professionals and resources, and company departments on health programs and injury prevention. Assists with accident investigations, return-to-work programs, and workplace safety initiatives.
