At Thomas Hospital (TH), North Baldwin Infirmary (NBI), and Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) participation in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, with successful passage of the NCLEX PN examination

Licensure/Certification/Registration

BLS

One of the following

Current Alabama LPN license Current Multi State LPN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*
