Registered Nurse position on the 11th Floor Medicine Transition Unit at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital. Night shift, 7:00pm - 7:30am Mon-Fri with alternating weekends. Carries out patient care responsibilities with emphasis on decision-making related to the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, identification of expected outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides competent, safe and compassionate care based on established NYU Langone Health Patient Care and Nursing Standards. Collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare team to implement comprehensive patient-centered plan of care.
