We are seeking an RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor .

• Part-Time; 11pm to 7:30am; plus Every Other Weekend.

• Option for Full-Time when working the Cart for 2 shifts per pay period.

• $40 to $42 per hour based on circumstances including license, skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.

• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus; 4 payments over 18 months.

RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor

Qualifications

• Current IL RN - Registered Nurse License.

• Minimum of one year in Long-Term Care.

• Minimum of one year of Nursing Supervisory experience, in Long-Term Care or a hospital.

• BLS certification.

• Be able to cover for occasional call-offs as needed.

• Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.

• PCC experience preferred.

RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor Job

Summary

• Support the daily activity of Nurses and CNAs.

• Complete required documentation.

• Make daily rounds of assigned units.

• Communicate with DON/ADON.

• Complete necessary logs, audits.
