How you'll contribute

A Behavioral Health RN who excels in this role

Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. What we're looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school.

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Licenses: Must have an Arizona State License or Compact License with Arizona endorsement.

The facility provides inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment for adults in a safe, structured, and compassionate environment. Our comprehensive levels of care include inpatient psychiatric treatment, medical detox, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), allowing patients to receive the right level of care at the right time in their recovery journey.
