Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing nursing team. As an RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will develop and implement care plans, monitor residents' conditions, and coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess residents' physical, emotional, and social needs and develop care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the physician and other healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including CNAs, LPNs, and therapists.
  • Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
  • Educate residents and their families about their care plans and health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of care provided.

Requirements

  • Must have a current RN license in the state of Kansas.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead other healthcare professionals.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
