You would be responsible for providing direct patient care and conducting Caregiver supervisory visits when needed. A higher standard of care.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on patient care - conducting initial assessments, reassessments, skilled nursing care, wound care, performing infusions etc. Effectively communicates with families, community partners, physicians, and other health care providers to ensure adequacy of services provided and supervision of CNAs. Reviews clinical and progress notes and summaries of care. Proactively updates client/patients' family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications

License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia where care is provided. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds.

Minimum experience required

Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of infusion therapy is preferred. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds.
