About this role
DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You'll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting. Key

Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites, Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response, Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans, Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- RN license
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- 1+ year of RN license
- Hemodialysis experience
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
- CNN or CDN certification preferred
- Dialysis experience required
