Responsibilities
Provide Licensed Practical Nurse care within scope of practice on-site.
Assess patient needs and document findings in medical records.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and report patient status to supervising clinician promptly.
Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance.
Engage in continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas.
Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and results.
Participate in performance metrics and pipeline-informed planning.
Maintain inventory and proper storage of clinical supplies on-site.
Experience/Qualifications
Active LPN license for the applicable state or region.
Provide on-site nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with documentation.
Accurate charting of assessments, interventions, and patient status in EHR.
Monitor patient status and promptly report to supervising clinician.
Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and meet performance metrics.
Commit to continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain on-site inventory and proper storage of clinical supplies.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas.
Contract role with on-site work location and availability for shift needs.
Ability to thrive in a results-driven, high-visibility work environment.
