About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Whether you’re a newly graduated RN or have years of experience as an RN, this position offers an opportunity to work independently and with a team of motivated professionals to provide ongoing collaboration and learning. Cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Responsible for the planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
