We are looking for the right RNs to care for multiple patients in their homes! Danvers, MA: Male with vent and g-tube. Reading, MA: Male with trach and vent. Groveland, MA: Male with trach and vent, port, and G-J tube. Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in the comfort of their homes. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, medication management, and disease prevention. Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation in compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines.
