This is a very strong and thriving non for profit providing exceptional care in within the NY metro area. We pride ourselves on our top notch patient care and dedication to this specific need in our communities. The RN will be mainly responsible for overall case management of specific case load in the Brooklyn area. (Other boroughs available). Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physiology evaluation, and medical history review to determine appropriate care strategies.
