  • A bachelor’s degree in nursing and at least 3-5 years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting, such as: emergency department, primary care, and student or occupational health License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts Experience working with diverse populations. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in interprofessional groups. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams. Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and healthcare technology. Commitment to and knowledge of diversity, inclusion, and equity. Strong verbal and written communication skills
