Health and Wellness Director (RN or LPN)

This role leads the clinical operations of the community, responsible for overseeing resident care, managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting the overall health and wellness of residents. Key responsibilities include leading and supervising the nursing and care team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), conducting resident assessments and care planning, ensuring compliance with health regulations, serving as primary clinical liaison, developing individualized care plans, monitoring clinical documentation, leading quality assurance initiatives, providing on-call support, training and mentoring nursing staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining infection control standards.
