We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provides compassionate, comprehensive nursing care across diverse healthcare settings.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical documentation, with experience working with a wide range of patient populations including geriatrics, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized care such as Alzheimer's or memory care. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients through precise clinical practices and effective communication.

- Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
- Document patient information meticulously within electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations, specimen collection, and processing to support accurate medical diagnoses.
*Qualifications*
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Proven experience in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, or home health environments.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and clinical procedures such as venipuncture, phlebotomy, and sterile technique.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), EMR systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced patient care techniques including ventilator management, tube feeding, and infection control protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases involving acute pain management, infectious diseases, or trauma situations such as Level II trauma centers or ICU environments.
- Excellent communication skills for effective caregiver communication and client interaction across diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments such as dementia or memory loss is highly desirable.
