Registered Nurse Supervisor - Full Time- Pay in Lieu of Benefits- $42 + shift diff

Provide direct care to residents as needed in accordance with care plan applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines, and supervise daily nursing activities performed by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Medication Assistants Certified (MAC), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Direct the day-to-day nursing functions of LPNs, MACs and CNAs on designated nursing units during the assigned shift ensuring that care is rendered according to the resident's plan of care and facility policy, procedures and guidelines. Provide resident care to include but not limited to assessments, care planning, treatments, medications, interventions, communications, and other resident care activities according to the resident care plans and physician orders. Communicate with physicians, Director of Nursing Services and other employees. Make rounds with physicians as necessary. Review and transcribe physician orders according to policy. Complete medication pass audits and counts medication as assigned.
