Job Requirements
Our Licensed Vocational Nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The role is all about the relationships and the bond you will create with the patients and their families.
Work Experience
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current state licensure. Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines. Meets all state/licensing requirements. ESRD experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification. Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals. Effective communication with clients and staff.

Salary Range
$24 - $42 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
