About this role
Park Vista by Bonaventure is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our senior living community. This role focuses on providing quality health care, mentoring and training team members, and ensuring residents' well-being. Duties include conducting nursing assessments, developing personalized quality service plans, monitoring residents' conditions, educating and guiding staff, acting as a liaison between residents and families, maintaining compliance with state guidelines, and keeping accurate health records.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse License
- 1-year experience as a licensed Registered Nurse, preferable in a community-based care setting
- Knowledge of basic principles necessary to provide competent nursing care
- Ability to assess human response to actual or potential health problems
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- BLS Certification
